Our Policies

  • Check-in begins daily at 3PM
  • Check-out is at 11AM
  • The Inn is locked each night between the hours of 12am and 6am. Guests will have 24-hour access with their room key. If you plan on checking-in during these hours, please notify us prior to your arrival via email at or by phone at (206) 728-1133.
  • Late check-out is available upon request (please inquire during your stay)
  • Early check-in is available upon request (please inquire day of arrival)
  • Reservations require a credit card to guarantee (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted)
  • The Inn requires a hold at check in for room, tax, and incidentals of $100 per night.
  • Valet parking is $40 per night inclusive of state sales tax and city parking tax.
  • Rates are subject to local and national taxes and surcharges, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Any additional persons are subject to an additional $20 per night.
  • The Inn has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any changes made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night's room and tax.
  • The Inn is entirely non-smoking
  • No pets are allowed (with the exception of service animals)
  • The Inn is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible only by staircase. Inn staff are available 24 hours to assist with any luggage.
  • Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in with valid identification.
